Neblipedia

Neblipedia is an ambitious project involving the creation of a comprehensive mobile encyclopedia that's available for offline use.

All the content on Neblipedia is based on that of Wikipedia and some of its sister projects such as Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikiversity, Wikiquote, and Wiktionary.

The program is based on Java, so you can open it on any computer regardless of which operating system you have. Thus you can carry it on a flash drive or another portable storage device to use anytime, anywhere.

Neblipedia is a very interesting idea which is a must-have for those who don't always have an Internet connection.
